Think of this as a blank canvas always ready to match the event’s theme, the venue, and your creativity.

Some ways clients have used The Huckleberry Pearl:

• Bartenders or caterers set up and serve your guests right from the trailer.

• Photobooth! Set up your photo scene from the side or back or have guests come inside.

• Cocktail Hour: Create a space for self-serve cocktails and appetizers while guests mingle.

• A welcoming/guest book station as guests arrive to the event.

The Huckleberry Pearl is a one-day rental and will arrive with your selected amenities. These are chosen at checkout, plus you can rent additional decor from our wide selection.

The Huckleberry Pearl comes with options for ALL of her accessories.

These accessories are free of charge and you will make your choices during checkout.

The trailer can be ready to hook up to external power (15-amp) via an extension cord if that’s appropriate for what you are using it for. We include a 50-ft cord for this option.

Amenity options include:

• Barnwood shelving (2 inside and 1 outside the trailer)

• Stainless-steel table

• Ice chest

• 2 additional coolers (30×15x17” each)

• 1 or 2 electric refrigerators with 120-can capacity (each) and adjustable temps for bottles

• Interior dimmable string lights

• Exterior dimmable string lights

• Small accents to match your theme (chosen at owner’s discretion)

Event Tip: Pair these amenities with any combination of our additional rental inventory to extend the service area. Add tables, chairs, benches, etc. outside of the trailer to create the perfect setup for food and beverage service.

Permanent Amenities are those items secured permanently to the trailer. These come with The Huckleberry Pearl no matter how you decide to use her.

Permanent amenities include:

• Fold-up serving window

• Swing-out menu door with chalkboard surface

• 2 front access doors

• 2 rear doors that split into small upper and large lower doors

• Inside white lighting

• Inside multi-colored lighting with remote control. These have dimmable and music sync options

• Permanent dump sink that drains to an 18-gallon tank (no running water available)

• C-charger port

• External power access plug with 6 electrical outlets inside

• 1 front lower compartment that houses the dump tank, electrical and tools

• User manual

• Fire extinguisher

• Safety chains

All lights are operated using a built-in 12v battery system.

Electrical outlets are available in the trailer but require access to external power via an extension cord from a 15-amp 110-volt service.

The Huckleberry Pearl is a 1-day rental.

Trailer delivery, parking, basic setup, and pick-up are included in the package.

We work with each client on drop-off and pick-up times. These vary based on event type and length.

The package comes with basic accent pieces chosen at the owner’s discretion. However, if you’d like to add decorating services for the trailer, we do offer that option!

To add this service, after renting the trailer, create a new cart and add “Huckleberry Pearl Staging & Styling.”

This Huckleberry Pearl rental package does include small accents to match your event decor/theme.

You or your decorator can use these items when you set up the area. These items are chosen at the owner’s discretion. You’ll want to plan for additional decor to really make her stand out.

Weekday Rental:

$725 daily rate Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, plus delivery fee for mileage over 20 miles round-trip

Weekend Rental:

$900 daily rate Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, plus delivery fee for mileage over 20 miles round-trip
