Online Orders
#1 VISIT the “Rent” page, enter the dates and time frames you will need to reserve the rental items for.
PLEASE NOTE:
Decor items are a flat-rate fee for 3-day maximum rental (i.e. to decorate on Friday, for your wedding on Saturday, and return them on Sunday after clean-up) *$50 minimum order required for delivery
Huckleberry Pearl rentals are for 1-day flat-rates
Due to the nature of our software, if you are renting both The Huckleberry Pearl AND Decor Items, the transactions must be completed separately.
You will see that the “3 day” selection will show all available dates for decor (but the Huckleberry Pearl unavailable) to ensure orders are processed separately.
The “1 day” selection will show the dates the Huckleberry Pearl is available (but will show all decor items unavailable) We have a Weekday Package & a Weekend Package available. The days of the week or weekend will show available or unavailable for correlating packages.
#2 BROWSE our inventory
Click on the Blue Calendar Icon (next to the green “+” button) on each item to see the quantity available for rent for each of the dates you selected.
#3 ADD items to your cart!
You may add the quantity available on the calendar for your designated dates, browse our rental inventory, make your selections, add items to your cart and submit order! At the time of checkout and submitting your order, your online payment will be authorized for 50% of the invoice total, which will reserve your dates. We will reach out to confirm and get your rentals reserved!

#4 CALL OR EMAIL us to place your order. We will collect payment over the phone at that time.
