We are fully licensed and insured.

It is always encouraged for the client to carry event insurance. If the client has purchased this insurance, we kindly ask you add Huckleberry Haul Decor Rentals, LLC to your event policy.

We use a customized rental agreement and contract that must be reviewed, accepted, and signed at the time of rental. This includes items such as the terms of the rental agreement, release of liability, media release, etc.

At the time of setup, we will brief you with the basics operations of The Huckleberry Pearl for your event. The client will be provided with a User’s Guide to refer back to if needed during the event.
